Please be aware that my psychotherapy practice is currently full, and I do not anticipate any openings any time soon.
I am currently seeing fully vaccinated clients in person in my office.
I am also continue to see some clients on the Doxy video platform who live at a distance or for some other reason are not able to do in-person sessions.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a private practice in Petaluma. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I offer complimentary, 15-minute phone consultations to discuss your needs and how I might best be able to work with you. My previous work includes many decades as a hospice social worker, most of them at Hospice of Petaluma. This end-of-life work has deeply informed me about living life with intention and clarity. When I am able to return, I also volunteer for the Insight Prison Project at San Quentin State Prison where I co-facilitate a Restorative Justice group for incarcerated men serving life in prison.
Additionally, I am a life-long memoirist and solo performance artist. I have performed several one-woman shows over the last several years and continue to perform around the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
I am also an amateur photographer and great lover of poetry; and I recently completed and published a collection of favorite poetry along with original photographs from my world travels. Additionally, I am a choral singer and sing with the Joyful Noise Gospel Singers in Sebastopol and the Oakland Interfaith Community Choir.
Please reach out if you are in need of support.
